Configuration in the module

In the module, you can adjust the text of the emails that are sent out when the status changes. You can adjust the following types of emails:

  1. Message to sender: the status has been changed. By using tokens (code with square brackets), your message can be filled with dynamic content. The allowed tokens are:

    1. [webform_workflow: webform] => The name of the web form

    2. [webform_workflow: sid] => Submission ID

    3. [webform_workflow: user] => Contributor

    4. [[webform_workflow: state] => Workflow status

    5. [webform_workflow: website] = Name of the website

    6. [webform_workflow: submission_url] => Submission URL

  2. Message to the submitter and / or the administrator in case of internal communication. When a submitter or administrator sends a message through the internal communication field, a notification is sent. The allowed tokens are:

    1. [webform_workflow: webform] => The name of the web form

    2. [webform_workflow: sid] => Submission ID

    3. [webform_workflow: user] => Contributor

    4. [[webform_workflow: state] => Workflow status

    5. [webform_workflow: website] = Name of the website

    6. [webform_workflow: submission_url] => Submission URL

    7. [webform_workflow: citizen] => Contributor

  3. Message to the administrator: a file has been assigned to you. Allowed token is: [webform_workflow: submission_url]

  4. Message to the administrator and/or submitter: the content of your submission has changed.

Configuration per web form: create or change workflow statuses for each form

When the e-counter module is activated, you will see an extra 'Workflow' tab in the settings for each web form.

In that section, you can adjust the possible statuses of your workflow for each form. You also determine which status will be taken as the default for a new submission, and you also determine for which status an email is sent or not to the submitter to report that there is a status change.
