The following steps teach you how to create this page:

  1. Go to Content> Add Content> Agenda

  1. At language, you choose in which language you want to create the page (Automatically set to English)

  1. Complete all the necessary fields:

  • Agenda entry title       

  • Short description of the agenda item       

  • Date and time: start date + hour and end date + hour       

  • complete address fields       

  • Email address: which is associated with the event       

  • Subscription online: URL can be an internal URL to a page within the website as well as an external URL + text for the link       

  • Target group: Possible to define the target group for the agenda item.         

  • Program: Possible to place the program at the event by means of this text block       

  • Practical information: other practical information can be communicated here.       

  1. Select a keyword in the general taxonomy list or complete the terms with which your page should be found under keywords (not mandatory)

  1. Place the page in the correct navigation

  • Scroll up and select menu settings in the right column       

  • Check that you want a menu link       

  • Complete and choose the correct main level      

  •  Click on “Add menu link” if the page should appear several times in the navigation.       

  1. Change the page to the correct status and save
