If you are searching for a certain page, it’s possible to use the advanced search function. This gives you the opportunity to search for different pages in an efficient and simple way. This search function is the same for every user.
The following steps explain how to use the advanced search function:
To get started you need to navigate to the content of your website. You do this by navigating to the tab “Manage”
Then you click on the "Content" tab, which takes you to an overview of all pages on the website. As modules are enabled or disabled, more fields will be visible. The image below can slightly differ from your screen as a user.
Now you can see all the existing pages and it is possible to search effectively for pages using the advanced search function. The image below shows where to find this search function on the page. This overview will be the same for every role.
Through the search option, it is possible to search for pages based on the title and page types. You can also tick more options by going to the advanced options (see below).
The user can now filter the content of the website based on various criteria. When you have set all the filters you want, click on “Apply” to execute the function.
As a result, only pages that meet the selection criterion will be displayed.
