We screen your website by using the Access Control (ACM) and Editor Management (IDM) application of the Flemish government. Only people who meet the conditions are granted access to the website. This allows you to create a safe intranet.
Access control - Link to Active Directory - Extension - Import users
The module can now also import users from Active Directory. By default, the user has to log in for the first time before it can be assigned rights. Thanks to this development, this can now be done in one operation.
Activities - content type (for own activities, translation,...)
This is an activity content type that allows you to add your own activities and possibly translate them.
Display of tags in the frontend
This module contains the same fields of the UiT database. This allows you to add UiT database events to your website without having to retrieve them from the UiT database.
Activities - UiTinVlaanderen
This module links the website to the UiTinVlaanderen database. Based on this link activities are imported into the website. By filtering you only receive the activities that meet the desired conditions.
Adding tags to a page
This module allows the user to display underlying tags on the frontend of your page. This allows visitors to see the tags of certain pages.
Banner logo - Module - Basic
This module allows you to easily share external links via a logo in your banner.
Calendar of events
A calendar shows events in an overview. Per month, week or as a list. With the content type "Event" you can easily create events. You can then place these events in a calendar on a page. The event can also be downloaded as an ical and added to a private calendar.
This module allows you to create an automatic slideshow of images (selected by the editorial team). The carousel can stop and start again by itself. Each picture can have a title and a link, depending on what the editor has set.
Company Directory - Module - Import via CSV
This module allows you to add companies in bulk to your business directory via a CSV file. Please note that you also need the basic module for this.
Contact - Basic
Creates pages with contact information. The Paddle CMS Platform provides a structured page type to build different contact pages in a similar way, ensuring consistency across the website.
Centralised management makes them available to all editors and minimises the risk of errors.
Contact - Extension for birthday and working days
This module is an extension of the Contacts module. This extension has the possibility to set birthdays and working days of the intranet's editors.
Contact - Extension for digital phonebook
This module gives the logged in visitor the possibility to change contact details (phone number and e-mail). The user can set which roles/visitors can modify the contact details of a certain person.
Contact - Extension for import from csv
This module allows the user to import First name, Last name, Mail and Phone number of a contact and create the page automatically.
Content planner - basic
With the Paddle content planner you work better together in team and easily plan offline and online communication. You start with the subject, so you communicate in a structured way and create a clear planning. Moreover, a link with the news items from your Paddle website (Paddle CMS Platform in Drupal 9) is possible.
The Cookie Legislation module allows you to bring your website in line with the Cookie regulations. The permission of visitors is asked to place cookies. The cookie statement is a page in the website and can be adjusted.
The countdown timer counts down to days, hours and minutes. So you can count down to a certain date or an event.
CSS allows the individual elements of the website to be stylised and is usually required for the integration of a design. It is possible to change the CSS files and thus the design of the site.

Custom login page

Link with the LPDC application of CEVI. The link automatically imports products from the Cevi LPDC to the website. Adjustments in LPDC are automatically transferred to the website via a nightly synchronisation.
In the website, it is then possible to place a hyperlink to the mid-office application.
Intergovernmental Product and Service Catalogue - Content type
With a product page content type, we ensure a uniform structure for all products and services of your local and provincial government. In addition to the structured fields, there is also a button to redirect to, for example, the digital application or online appointments. By linking to the relevant service, contact details and opening hours can be displayed on the page itself.
Product pages can be linked to, for example, IPDC Flanders, CRM systems, mid-office applications and take over the content automatically.
Intergovernmental Product and Service Catalogue - Link with IGEN
Link with the iGen PDC application. The link automatically imports products from iGen to the website. Adjustments in the iGen PDC are automatically transferred to the website.
In the website, it is then possible to place a hyperlink to the mid-office application.
Intergovernmental Product and Service Catalogue - Link with IPDC Flanders
Link with the original IPDC catalogue of the Flemish government. The link imports the products into the backend, where you can then choose which products you want to include in the website. When a product in the IPDC catalogues changes, the responsible editor receives a notification and can choose field by field whether the change should be adopted. In addition, the products can be enriched with metadata.
Intergovernmental Product and Service Catalogue - Link with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Link with Microsoft Dynamics CRM application. The link automatically imports products from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to the website. Adjustments are automatically transferred to the website.

By linking the media library to Pexels, the editorial team has access to a wide range of royalty-free photos. The number of searches per month depends on the free offer of Pexels. Currently, this is 20,000 searches per month.
This functionality gives the editorial team an overview of all broken links in the website. The report is generated on the basis of 404 reports. The overview is displayed in the dashboard.
Mailchimp is the world's leading e-mail application. Thanks to our link, visitors can subscribe to a newsletter list via the website. The visitor will then receive a control email to finalise their subscription. Mailchimp is free up to 2000 email addresses and 10,000 emails per month. The licence fee for a higher number is not included.
Minutes management - Content type - Basic
Allows the editor to create structured minutes. You can easily add reports and agendas as well as audio clips.
Maturity level 1. There is no link with LBLOD.
Minutes management - Extension - LBLOD link
Link with the LBLOD application of the Domestic Administration Agency.
Thanks to this link, the minutes, agendas and reports are retrieved from the LBLOD application of the Flemish government and displayed on the website in the look and feel of the website.
Your minutes can end up in this LBLOD application in two ways.
- or by using the (free) Linked Notification application of the Flemish Government.
- or by using an external application in which you draw up your minutes and which then makes them available to LBLOD/Vlaanderen.
Allows you to build your website in multiple languages. The Paddle CMS Platform supports all 24 official European languages. Other languages are optionally configurable. You can freely choose if all pages or only a part of the pages are translated.
Navigation - Sticky navigation
With this, the navigation bar is always shown at the top of the screen, even when the visitor scrolls down.
The news module offers a content type "news report". News items can then be displayed in various ways.
Non-indexability of certain pages
Allows certain specific pages not to be indexed and thus not to be shown in search results of search engines.
Opening hours - Content type
Shows your visitors the opening hours of a service. An opening hours page can display four options: "Now open - Closed - Closing soon and Opens soon". It is also possible to pre-set closing days or custom opening hours.
The Paddle CMS Platform provides a page type, which ensures a uniform structure. In addition, opening hours are centrally managed so that they are identical on every page.
Organisation Chart - Content Type
With an organisation or service record, you provide information about departments, services, organisations. Central management minimises the risk of errors.
Organisation charts ensure that the editor displays the information in a uniform manner. Changes are made centrally and are thus immediately visible on all relevant pages.
This allows the organisation chart of an organisation to be easily displayed in a panel/block. The organisation chart can be built without or with pictures and will adapt to changes in the respective organisation chart or contact persons.
Organogram - Extension - Link with Active Directory
This module makes it possible to link the access management of the website or intranet to a Microsoft Azure Active Directory. By default, we assume that the Azure AD is properly configured and the configuration can proceed according to our normal procedure. It is important that the Azure AD does not contain any abnormal fields. Any adjustments to the Azure AD can be added optionally.
By default, the administrator of the website must assign a role to each user. If there are multiple roles, this can have an impact on the configuration cost.
Our StadApp link
The module makes a json page available with information about the contact and the opening hours. The page can then be retrieved by the Our TownApp application.
News items should be handled separately via the RSS module.
Allows the creation of one or more photo albums. The editor simply creates as many albums as he wants based on the taxonomy.
This module gives the editor the possibility to question visitors with a short survey. This way, the editor can ask visitors their opinion or ask them to give feedback on possible events or happenings.
As an editor, you can immediately read the feedback from all visitors.

Protected content - basic module
With this module we create different groups of editors and give those editors specific rights. Thanks to this combination, you can give visitors access to specific pages within your website, which are not visible to just anyone.
Protected content - extension to protect files
This extension to the protected content module makes it possible to protect only files for specific roles. For example, price lists in the form of a pdf.
This module allows the editor to easily redirect URLs of a page to multiple available urls. These URLs can be inside the website as well as outside the website.
Reference - Content type - Basic
You have the option of displaying references of completed projects on your website. These references are always built up in a structured way.
With this, you offer your visitors the opportunity to leave comments. It is adjustable on which pages this possibility is active. Discussions and reactions are possible. The administrator of the website can decide which reactions are allowed to be shown and which are not.
RSS module (incoming)
This module gives the editor the possibility to include incoming RSS in your own website.
RSS module (outgoing)
This module allows the visitor to follow outgoing RSS from your website based on their own feed.
School - Menu - Content type
This module gives you the possibility to display (School) menus in a well-organised way on your website.

Creates a notice board on your intranet where employees can post their own ads.
Search function - basic
This basic module allows you to place a search page on your website. The search engine searches on the basis of the title, the summary, the content of the page and any tags that are given to the page.
Search function - expansion - advanced search based on facets (bol.com)
Creates search pages with filters based on the word list. This allows a visitor to reduce the number of search results step by step.
Search function - expansion - prioritisation of search results
This extension to the search function allows the editor to give priority to certain pages. This makes the pages higher in the search results within the website.
Search function - extension - advanced search with A to Z filter
Based on the title of a page, an A to Z filter page is automatically generated.
Search function - extension - exclude pages from internal and/or external search function
This extension to the search function allows the editor to exclude pages from both the internal and external search functions without having to take them offline.
Search function - extension - search in documents (PDFs)
With this, PDFs that can be indexed are included in the search results. This is individually adjustable per pdf.
Security - Two-factor authentication
With two-factor authentication, the editor must log in in two steps and verify the identity via Google Authenticator or others.
Show on map via Open Street Map - Content type
Creates a geo point based on an address and displays it on a map (based on Open Street Maps)
In addition, this module can be linked to the advanced search function. This makes it possible to display and filter pages that have an address or location, e.g. organisation sheets, business directory or the association directory, on a map. A combination of these modules is recommended. The map page is a page the editor can easily and quickly create.
Social media - Social identities
This shows on which social media channels your organisation/administration is active. The visitor can click through to the social media channels by means of icons.
As an editor, you can choose on which page you want to show the social networks.
Social media - Social sharing
This module allows visitors to easily share pages from the website with their personal social networks. In addition, this module also provides the possibility to print out a page and send it via e-mail.
Social media - Instagram feed
This module allows you to display your latest Instagram posts as a feed on your website.
Sorting guide - Content type
This module shows the visitor where and how to sort waste types. Via the page type "waste fraction", the editor has the possibility to work out waste types in a structured and uniform way. The different waste fractions can then be offered to the visitor on the basis of a search function with filters. The module also offers the possibility to load different waste fractions on the basis of a .csv file.
Street map + POI - Content type
Displays the street plan for your local authority on the website and marks the boundaries based on the postcodes set.
It is then possible for the editorial team to
- Add your own POI pages (Points of Interest) and routes to this map. For example glass bulbs, bus stops... The map is based on Open Street Maps.
- Link GIPOD to the street plan to show roadworks.
This module has limited filtering capabilities but is not suitable for linking to advanced search functions with filters.
Street map + POI - expansion with GIPOD - Content type
This module links your website to the GIPOD database of the Flemish government and retrieves information on road works and diversions.
The data is displayed on a map via the Street plan module.
Table of contents - Content type
This module allows the editor to add a table of contents to the website. The visitor can click through via the table of contents. (e.g. sustainability education)
Testimonial - Content type - Basic
This module allows you to place various testimonials about products, events, etc. on your website in a structured manner.
With the Timestamp module, a "last modified on" date can be added to some or all pages.
Vacancy - Content type - Basic
This content type allows the editor to add jobs to your website in a uniform and structured way.
Vacancy - Expansion - Link CV Warehouse
Link with external application CV Warehouse, allowing vacancies to be displayed on the website.
Web form - basic
With this module, the editor has the possibility to create unlimited web forms. Web forms can be used in many different ways and offer a lot of possibilities.
During the construction of a form, a large number of predefined fields can be selected. In addition, conditions can be used.
The submitter may receive a confirmation e-mail or pdf.
Submissions can be sent internally to one or more email addresses, but can also be viewed and downloaded in the backend of the Paddle CMS Platform.

This extension gives more ease of use to a logged in visitor. When filling in a web form, certain fields will be filled in automatically based on the editor profile.

This extension ensures that the entries in your web forms are not stored longer than necessary. This is important in the context of the GDPR legislation. You can set the time period after which all submissions should be deleted per form.

This module secures your web forms against SPAM and other unwanted submissions. It uses the reCAPTCHA to ensure that no bot will fill in the web forms and cause SPAM. Therefore, only people can fill in the forms.
Web forms - Enhancement - XML submissions
This link gives you the possibility to send an XML with information of fields with sent mails.
Web forms - extension - addresses based on CRAB database
Extension of the web forms module with which web forms are linked to the CRAB database (Centraal ReferentieAdressenBestand) of the Flemish government. This link will then require the visitor to fill in an official address by checking for street name and house number. This prevents the visitor from entering non-existent addresses.
Web forms - Extension - Appointments and booking module
Visitors can reserve a time slot in a calendar. Emails can be sent, for example, immediately after submitting the form, when the appointment is accepted and a week in advance as a reminder.
Web forms - Extension - eID data auto-completion
This module enables the user to retrieve his data (first name, surname, national registration number) from eID. The user first has to log in with eID and his data is automatically copied.
Web forms - extension - link with Ultimo
This link allows your website to automatically forward messages from your web formulas to the Ultimo application.
Web forms - Extension - Notifications
Allows a website visitor to create notifications and mark the exact location on the map. The alert appears automatically on a map. The alert then receives different statuses (new, in progress, solved). The editorial team or the responsible editor will receive a notification when a new alert is posted.
This module also uses the web forms module to submit a report. The Paddle CMS Platform provides a page type that ensures that the visitor can easily enter their report.
This module can also be combined with the e-ID module to shield report forms.
Widgets - Pane collection
Group several panes/blocks into one pane collection. A pane collection can then be placed on a page.
Changes to a pane collection need only be made once in the central pane and not page by page.
This creates an XML sitemap. This has a positive impact on the SEO of the website.
